Vertilux Pleated and Duopleat Systems are infinitely adaptable, both in screen density and shape, meeting unique design requirements including arched, circular, triangular and asymmetric applications. Adaptability and the ability to motorise make these blinds particularly suited to skylights and difficult to reach placements.

The Pleated/Duopleat system in particular, provides cost efficient insulation against seasonal conditions to help stabilize the home or work environment against excessive heat or cold. As with all Vertilux products, components are maintenance free and come with a five-year guarantee.

Easy to operate and light to the touch, the Vertilux Pleated / Duopleat System is engineered for optimum function over spans of up to 5800 mm. Each application can be lifted from either the bottom or the top so as to admit or block light whilst maintaining high levels of privacy.

PLEATED / DUOPLEATED 3.1

The body of our Pleated/Duopleat system type is made of lightweight fabric, which will compact into a narrow stack giving it an elegant and minimalistic look when totally opened. The pleated system is especially suited to very large blinds, which would be impossible using other blind types such as Venetians.

Easy to install and requiring no maintenance, pleated system blinds are energy efficient and will contribute to a reduction in heating and cooling costs.

Vertilux Pleated and Duopleat system blinds include colour coordinated extruded aluminium headrails, bottomrails and associated componentry such as control cords.

EASYRISE 3.2

The Vertilux Easyrise Pleated/Duopleated system is operated by a single continuous loop chain instead of cords.

The Vertilux motorised Pleated/Duopleated blind system takes our traditional systems and adds total light and shade control at the touch of a button.

MATERIALS

Pleated blind fabrics are a single layer of fabric available in a wide range of colours and textures, including transparent, translucent and blockout options.

Duopleat blinds are made using fabric that is honeycomb/cellular in shape giving superior heat reflection properties to assist in maintaining an energy efficient and comfortable living environment. This range is available in Translucent and Blockout.
